Interested in a rewarding career as a dental assistant or medical assistant? You are invited to join us on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at the GACTC for an event to learn about the important role of dental assistants and medical assistants in our healthcare system. Our dental assistant and medical assistant diploma programs prepare individuals for various industry-valued credentials and certifications.

During the event, attendees may shadow current students, learn about the roles and duties of dental assistants and medical assistants, meet the instructors, learn about financial aid opportunities and student services, and tour our classrooms and labs. Individuals may attend one or both sessions, depending on interest. The schedule for the sessions is:

10 am – 12 pm – Medical Assistant session

12 – 12:30 pm – Refreshments

12:30 – 2:30 pm – Dental Assistant session
